Classroom style supervisor training

This is the traditional physical classes for your training. Online supervisor training

This form is getting more and more popular since it is a great way learn and it is also a very cost effective way of organizing supervisor training. In house and on the job training

This is probably the most common one. The company organizes some training material, normally in the form of some physical books and let the student read them in their own pace. They then have some discussion about the material with the manager regarding the course material.
